Is the Free plan really free?: Yes. Every new business starts on Free automatically with 25 issued invoices per month, unlimited customers and products, and full compliance workflows.
What happens when I hit a limit?: NuBill keeps your existing data intact, continues allowing draft invoices, and asks you to move to Pro before issuing invoice number 26 in a month.
What happens when Pro access ends?: At the end of a paid Pro term, the workspace automatically falls back to Free. Your data stays intact, and the 25 issued invoice monthly cap applies again.
How is Pro activated during MVP?: Pro plans are activated manually by the NuBill team after offline payment confirmation. There is no self-serve checkout yet.
Is the Business tier available now?: Not yet. Business is defined in the product roadmap as Coming Soon, and NuBill currently seeds only Free and Pro at runtime.
