NuBill is an independent software product operated by NuBill Technologies.

NuBill is an invoicing and record-keeping tool designed to help Indian small businesses create GST invoices, track payments, and manage customers.

NuBill is not a registered financial institution, not a CA firm, and not a tax authority.

NuBill does not provide accounting, tax filing advice, or legal advice. It is a tool to help you create and keep records of invoices — not a substitute for a chartered accountant or tax consultant.

When you use NuBill, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter in invoices and customer records.
• The legality and tax compliance of invoices generated using NuBill.
• Deciding whether your invoices meet GST compliance requirements for your specific business situation.
• Filing your own GST returns and other tax obligations with the appropriate government authorities.
• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Using the platform only for lawful business purposes.

NuBill provides its service on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

• Tax penalties or interest arising from your GST filings.
• Filing errors or omissions in reports generated from your data.
• Incorrect financial reporting resulting from inaccurate input data.
• Misuse of invoices generated on the platform.
• Any loss of business, income, or data caused by service interruptions.

In no event will NuBill’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into NuBill. We do not claim any rights over your invoices, customer records, or payment information.

NuBill is currently in early access. The service may evolve, features may change, and we may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify you of significant changes in advance where possible.

This software is provided during pilot testing. Features and calculations may evolve.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

By using NuBill, you acknowledge and agree that:

• NuBill stores data as provided by the user.
• NuBill does not verify GST correctness.
• NuBill does not validate accounting legality.
• NuBill acts only as storage and invoice generation software.

NuBill never holds, transfers, or processes customer funds. NuBill only records payment information entered by businesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuBill and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, tax-related, or business losses arising from software usage.

Users are responsible for maintaining independent copies of financial records.
